a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation.
b. Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded:

(i) Up-to date Valid Trade License;
(ii) Up-to date Income tax clearance certificate;
(iii) e-BIN registration Certificate;
(iv) Up to date Drug license;
(v) Up to date Annexure for each item;
(vi) At least twelve years Continue production documents;
(vii) The certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(vii) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 14.00 lakh (ITT Clause-16.a; From PG3-8);
(ix) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer ( if a trader is not a manufacturer);

(x) Sample of all item of medicine (one strip) must be submitted to the PE Office as per specification before tender opening date and time.

(xi) Other terms & condition as per TDS.
