TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Delivery of goods is to be made at Store House of our Main Installation, Chattogram within 15 (Fifteen) days on receipt of Purchase Order/ Written confirmation, failing which penalty of Tk.100/- per day of delay will be imposed and will be recovered from the bill.
2. The goods will not be accepted if not found as per specification and if required the same is to be replaced within three days time of rejection.
3. Part of itemwise supply may be allowed as per Company’s discretion but no part payment will be allowed.
4. Payment will be made against the total work order value to be paid through A/c. payee cheque in favour of suppliers at the time of taking delivery and VAT/ Tax will be deducted from the bill as per Govt. rule wherein applicable.
5. Suppliers must be manufacturer/dealer /agent /subagent /sole distributor of above items and authentic document should be supplied.
