1)Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years general experience in supply of furniture in Govt/Semi govt/Autonomous body of BD. 2) Who have minimum specific experience in supply of new furniture at least in 01(One) contract successfully complete in a single work order within the last 05 years amounting of 7.00 Lakh in Govt/Semi govt/Autonomous Body of Bangladesh. 3)Tenderer must have minimum liquid Assets(Bank Statement) for Tk 10.00 lakh in which must have the balance at least two days continuously in day end balance Statement (2 Days Balance Statement) in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time (2 Days Bank Statement must be enclosed). 4) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS, PCC & ITT. 5.The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018. If Quoted Rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost than the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate taking the Analysis items Rate from Analysis of PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018. Otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23). 6. Minimum Performance Security will be 10% of the total contract price. 7. If the quoted rates are significantly Less/Above than the official estimated cost/ PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018 the PERFORMANCE SECURITY will be at least 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2). 8. If PERFORMANCE SECURITY is not submitted in time/fails to accept NOA Tender Security will be FORFEITED & The TENDERER will NOT BE ELLIGIBLE for any other such tender. 9. Furniture Works(Wood Part) must perform in School(Educational Institute).
