(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years..

(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar home applaince Goods of TK.20.00(Twenty)crore under maximum 10 (ten) contracts  successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

(c) The minimum supply or production capacity of Goods of TK.40.00(Forty) crore per year substantiated by Audit Reports.

(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 25.00(Twenty Five)crore only.

(e) The tenderer must have to follow all ITT clauses to submit all other documents accordingly.

The payment-delay period is not applicable.

• 10% of actual progress after 20% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 20% of actual progress after 30% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 40% of actual progress after 50% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 60% of actual progress after 70% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 80% of actual progress after 85% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 100% of actual progress after 100% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
If at any stage of the above, the required progress in not achieved, the Contractor shall be considered as in breach of the Contract, and the Contract may be terminated under GCC clause 42.
 

The inspections and tests shall be done at BUET/ BIST after delivery to the site.

The inspections and tests shall be as per requirement of Engineer in charge for individual item.

The period of validity of the Warranty shall be minimum one (1) year.

The period of validity of the Warranty shall be minimum one (1) year or product warranty period mentioned in bill of quantities which period is more from the date of handover.

The Supplier shall correct any defects covered by the Warranty within 30 days of being notified by the PE of the occurrence of such defects.

27.6 The Contractor shall maintain following progress of works (in terms of value of the works) as part of his obligation pursuant to GCC Clause 27 :

• 20% of actual progress after 30% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 40% of actual progress after 50% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 60% of actual progress after 70% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 80% of actual progress after 85% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
• 100% of actual progress after 100% of time elapsed from the date of commencement of works;
If at any stage of the above, the required progress in not achieved, the Contractor shall be considered as in breach of the Contract, and the Contract may be terminated under GCC clause 27.
