Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer should submit the certificate of followings: a) Up to date VAT registration b) Up to date income Tax Certificate. c) Up to date Trade License d) Nationality Certificate. e) Authorization letter 2. A Satisfactory completion of similar type of supply experience at least TK. 2.0 Lakh only under single contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 2.0 Lakh only. 4. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than or equal to TK. 2.0 Lakh only over the last 5(Five) years and in its support necessary payment certificate must be submitted with the tender. No Audit report will considered for calculating turnover. 5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. 6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. 7.The tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
