The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully Completed at within the last 05 (Five) years value of at least Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac) only. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal).
-Authenticated by completion certificate issued by relevant procuring entity (ies)
-Experience as a subcontractor will not be taken into account.

N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)
Note 2: In case of JV tender capacity requirement for leading partner shall be minimum 40% and for other partners shall be minimum 25%.
 

The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 61,00,000 (Sixty One Lac Only) only.

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 82,00,000.00 (Eighty Two Lac) over the last 5 (five) years.
-Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitments, incase, participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entity(ies).
-Apart from payment received for construction works, the certified public works in progress (financial progress) or completed year wise by relevant procuring entity(ies) will be considered as construction turnover.

The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of Credit the Tenderer shall be Tk. 21,00,000.00 (Twenty One Lac) Only.
-Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitments, in case, participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entity(ies).
-Banking instrument - authenticated by bank statement, savings instrument from any scheduled bank.
-Working capital - authenticated by recent past Audit Reports.
-Credit facilities - authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account.
-Credit line - authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified (Form PW3a-3), without alteration.
-Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
