Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. A satisfactory completion of same nature of works with Air Cooler Installation as a Prime Contractor under Govt. Organization/ Govt. Company at least taka ten lac only (10,00,000/-)under Single of contract over a period of last three (03) years shall be required. 02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than ttaka twenty lac (20,00,000/-) over the last three (03) years, which shall be supported by audit report duly audited by a Chartered Accountant (CA) farm. 03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka ten lac only (10,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement or Bank certificates of valid credit facilities or valid FDR not before tender publication date. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for Bank for line of credit (Form PW 3-7). 04. The Tenderer shall have a valid & up to date Electrical License with ABC. 05. Joint Venture or JVCA will not be allowed for this tender. 06. The Tenderer shall have to submit along with the tender document attested photocopies of up to date Trade License Certificate, up to date IT & VAT payment Certificate, Liquid Asset/ Solvency Certificate. 07. Tender document shall have to be submitted along with necessary Tender Security in favor of the Procuring Entity (Superintending Engineer, Civil Works, DPDC) & attested copies of all other necessary documents. 08. Other terms & condition has been included in tender document.
