Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: 1. Trade License (Update Renewal). 2. TIN Certificate (Update Renewal). 3. VAT Certificate. 4. Liquid Asset. 5. Turn Over. 6. Similar Work Certificate etc Note: Work Experience Certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in particular specification section. Experience certificate other than this format will not be accepted. Tenderer must submit Turnover Financial year wise with a summary of all Certificate in a prescribed format attached in particular specification. No certificate will be attached more than once. In case of multiple attachment of any turnover certificate will be treated as violation of tender submission procedure expect the similar work certificate which must be marked as similar work certificate and the amount of turnover of multiple attached certificate will be deducted from the actual turnover of tenderer as violation of rule tender submission. If the tenderer using front loading and they could not completed all estimate part or detected arsenic from water test report then the bill paid from office estimate cost. "It is to be also noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without acceptable clarification."
