(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 2.40 lakh (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8); (IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License; (V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate; (VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate; (VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
