Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Enlisted A1 contractors/firms Enistment of Education Engineering Department with registered CPTU. b) Required Contractor's/Supplier's firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in similar nature of works counting backward from the date of tender publication in News Paper. c) Having experience in successful completion of at least one number of similar nature of works not less then Tk.6.00 (Six )lac only in a single work order and tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous of Bangladesh during last 5 years. d. Minimum Performance Security will be 10% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2). e.The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. f. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time. g.
