Eligibility of Tenderer :
The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT Registration Certificate (13 digit) and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.
Tenderer shall have 03 years General Experience for supply of goods.
The tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of safety Shoes of minimum BDT 3,90,000.00 (Three Lac Ninety Thousand Taka) under one contract in the last 3 (Three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets of BDT 6,00,000.00 (Six Lac Taka).

The Tenderer has to be submitted Catalogue of Safety Shoe
Tenderer has to submit non-returnable sample of Safety Shoe with catalogue in procurement Entity's office before opening time and date.
