1. Up to date Trade Licence. 2. Up to date Bank Solvency. 3. Up to date Income Tax Certificate. 4. VAT Registration Certificate. 5. Successful bidder must submit sample of structure before construction of the structure. 6. The bidder must submit a Purchase Order /End User Certificate as a proof that they have Supplied this kind of Structure to any Government/Semi-Government/Corporation, failing of which the tender will be rejected. 7. The bidder must submit an experience certificate from any Government/Semi-Government/Corporation stating that they have successfully completed a works and value of the work is not less than 50 Lacs. Failing of submission of such certificate will be a cause for rejection of tender. 8. The successfull bidder must be dismantled the old structure and hand-over this old structure to CUFL Authority and Store the dismantled Structure to CUFL instructed area with their own cost. 9. a) Must be submitted 1 (one) Year Warranty Certificate. If there is any defect found in Structure during one year Warranty period, the tenderer must repair/replace the goods with their own cost. b) After successful completion of order, 10% retention moneny will be kept from the supplier’s Bill for one year warranty period which will be returned without any interest and the rest 90% of the Bill will be paid after receiving Work Completion Certificate from user MTS Department and MRR from MPIC/Store Section.
