a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.

15.1(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (10) years .years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.

(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of work at least one contract successfully completed within the last 7 years with a value of at least tk 400.00 crore. The similar nature of work consists of construction of Highway or equivalent to National Highway Standard or as like 4 Lane National Highway, construction of P.C girder Bridge and Culvert and embankment filling with sand work in a single or multiple contract.

The Tenderer or JVCA lead partner must satisfy the above mentioned work experience.
(i) Incase of JVCA the all other Partners of JVCA individually must have the experience over a period of 7 years of successful completion of similar type of construction of Highway or equivalent to National Highway Standard or as like 4 Lane National Highway at least one contract successfully completed within the last 7 years.

[if partner’s fail to submit such experience certificate, the tender will be declared non-responsive]. Years counting backward from the date of

(ii) The Tenderer must submit with the tender the above mentioned work certificate(s) from the concerned executive Engineer or Project Manager or Project Director or Appropriate Authority with attestation of the same by
the EE/SE/ACE/PD of RHD of that district where the work is located.

(c) The Tenderer shall have specific work experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction of Supplying and placing Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) work of minimum 8,00,000 meter in separate contract.
The Tenderer of JVCA lead partner must satisfy the above mentioned work experience.

(i)In case of JVCA the all other Partners of JVCA individually must have the experience over a period of 7 years of successful completion of similar type of construction of Highway or equivalent to National Highway Standard or as like 4-Lane National Highway at least one contract Successfully Completed within the last 7 years.
