The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements
1) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five years.
2) Experience of Similar work or  Sub Contract experience  in a single contract of minimum
value of Tk. 25.00 Lac's (Twenty Five Lac's) completed within last 5 years.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit
facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 Lac (Twenty Lac's) Only. Years
counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
In case of available credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name
of the work and Tender Reference No. The liquid asset or credit facilities
certificates from competent authority should be not more than 28 days
back from the date of submission. If bank statement submitted as a
proof of liquid asset than the minimum required amount shall have to be
retained into the account until the completion of evaluation of the tender.
Otherwise the tender will be non-responsive.
4) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty
Lac's)  over the last 5 years. Years counting backward from the date
of publication of IFT in the newspaper
5) The tenderer must submit analysis of quoted rate of individual items
as Standard Formate of RHD Rate Schedule 2018 if the total quoted
price is more than 10% less than the official estimated cost.
