Eligibility of Tenderer: 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor is at least 1(One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least 70.00 lac. (Similar nature means Installation of water points for drinking purposes) 3. The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) is Tk. 110.00 lac during last five years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.40.0 lac. ( Not Before then 02-9-2020). 5. The minimum amount of Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk.70.0 lac. ( Tenderer must to submit “Work-in-Hand” certificates from concern Procuring Entities). 6. It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without acceptable clarification. 7.
