The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
(a) Civil contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in civil work.
(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of civil work in a single work order amounting not less than 4.00 (four) lakhs of quoted amount in the last 03 (three) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
(c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover (AACT) during the last 03 (three) years is Tk. 13.00 (thirteen) lakhs which will be based on work completion certificate. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
(d) The required minimum tender capacity is Tk 5.00 (five) Lakhs.
(e) The required minimum liquid asset i,e working capital or credit line(s) is Tk. 4.00 (four) Lakhs.
(f) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
(h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(i) All other criterion will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and it's amendment.
