Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Manufacturing of HV Transformer of minimum rating 132/33KV, 25/41 MVA shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. Must have minimum specific experience as a Contractor in repaire, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of minimum rating 132/33KV, 25/41 MVA Transformer of at least 02 contracts of similar work over last 3 years. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 1.00 (One) Crore over the last 03 years and to be endorsed by audited firm. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 25 (Twenty Five) Lac. 5. Contractor shall have to submit Equipment Test Report. 6. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft. 7. Details described in Tender Document.
