| TDS/PDS--D. Tender Preparation-- |
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: 01. Duly attested copy of valid and updated trade license. 02. Duly attested copy of valid VAT registration certificate 03. Duly attested copy of valid and updated tax clearence certificate with TIN number. 04. Duly attested copy of required specific experience 05. copy of turnovercertificate in the form of payment certificate 06. The certificate submitted by the tenderer in proof of specific experience or Average annual construction turnover(AACT) must have the information such as particulars of PE including email address and contact no, time extension, liquidity damage, contract and final bill amount etc. Failing to do so will turn the submitted tender as Non-Responsive. 07. Scanned copy of original liquid asset document(certificate or bank statement issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website) in the format designated in PPR/STD. 08. the credit facilites should be sanctioned in favour of contractor and issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website by any scheduled bank of bangladesh and must be submitted in the format of credit line (Form PW 3-7) without alteration. 09.
