Eligibility of Tenderer :
All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) completed similar supply (water and gas line goods) in a single contract amounting not less than Tk. 4,75,000 (four lakh and seventy five thousand) for during last 03 (three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
Tenderer must fill the form e-PG2-3 properly (Country of Origin,Make, and Model or Brand, and Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered).
Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender may be rejected.
Tenderer should submit the warranty certificate.
The PE may ask to submit sample if required.
