a) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. b) The Tenderer/ Manufacturer shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 80,00,000.00/- (Eighty Lac Taka) under a single contract in the last three(03) years. c) The Tenderer should have valid update Trade License, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008. N.B. (1) Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. (2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of One (01) Year from the date of first delivery.
