a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed supply of Hydrogen Gas of minimum Taka One Crore (1,00,00,000.00) under a single contract in last three (3) years. c) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee,should submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008. N.B. (1) Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. (2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of one (01) year from the date of 1st (First) Delivery .
