Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of 10 storied building including one basement with ancillary components successfully completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 30 (Thirty)crore under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization 3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 42 (Forty Two) crore in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.Tenderers shall submit lists of successfully completed contracts and on-going contracts in form PW3-5.1 supported by contract Agreement, and payment certificates during last 5 years. Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration. 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 10 (Ten) crore and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 30(Thirty) crore. In case of JV,tender capacity requirement for leading partner shall be minimum 40% and for other partners shall be minimum 25%.In order to calculate minimum tender capacity,the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement,up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years. In case of JV,agreement between leading and other partner shall be required 6. The Tenderer must possess and submit up-to-date trade license, ABC License, VAT Registration and Tax certificate The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the TDS.
