1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).

2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.

3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Building Construction works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Forty (40.00) Lacs.

4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. Forty (40.00) lacs. in the last 5 (five) years.

5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Forty (40.00) Lacs

6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. Fifty Five (55.00) lacs.

7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :

(i) Valid Trade License.

(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate

(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate

(iv) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.

(v) Updated PWD license.

(vi) Work program in Bar Chart

(vii) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.

Ordinary repair works including installation of main gate, false ceiling of conference room, repairs of internal drain, construction of new drain at north and west sides, installation of AC, Lightening arrestor, sound system of conference room, repair of internal electrical works, sanitary works, boundary wall and weather coat paint works at external sides of the building at Divisional Public Library, Barishal.
