5	Up-to date VAT Cartificate.
6	Up-to date Income Tex clearance certificate.
7	Sample [200 gm. Unnotamaner Cholar Dal (Mota)] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
