1. Minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in the field of ship construction/ Repair / Rehabilitation of vessel / Pontoon/Workshop.
2. The minimum specific experience (Construction/ repair/ rehabilitation of vessel as a Prime Contractor at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 180.00 Lac. Bidder shall submit necessary documents in favour of his claim of experience.
3. Valid up-to-date trade license certificate.
4. Latest ISO Certificate.
5. NOC from Department of Shipping or Equivalent authority.
6. Tenderer should have own shipyard or dockyard.
7. Litigation certificate.
8. Environment clearance certificate.
9. Documents mentioned in section-7 of tender schedule.
10. The purchased Tender Document with money receipt..
11. Minimum 500 tons slipway Certificate from BUET or Equivalent authority.
12. VAT Registration Certificate.
13. Original Bank solvency certificate.
14. The average annual turnover must be greater than 390.00 Lac in last 3 years. Calculation must be submitted.
15. Work plan (BAR Chart).
16. Latest TAX & TIN, certificate.
17. Payment shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka.
18. The bidder should have at least 1 (one) graduate Naval Architect / Mechanical Engineer / Marine Engineer of minimum 5 (Five) years experience.
19. All other terms and conditions mentioned in STD.
20. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 200.00 Lac
21. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 134.00 Lacs

22. Audit report of last three years.
