The minimum specific experience as a Contractor is at least 1(One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least 2.00 lac. 3. The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) is Tk. 10.00 lac during last five years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.2.0 lac. ( Not Before then 05-10-2020). 5. The minimum amount of Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk.2.0 lac. ( Tenderer must to submit “Work-in-Hand” certificates ). 6. Other terms & conditions as per TDS
