Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Minimum 05(five) years general experience in construction works. b) The Minimum specific experience in Construction Works of 01 no. Contract of Bank Protection with related works successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, which completion certificate shall be minimum Tk. 135.00 Lakh. c) Minimum construction turnover in the last 05(five) years is not less than Tk. 3000.00 Lakh. (Note: Bidders are requested to prepare and submit year wise summary in connection with the turnover including last 05(five) years Audit Report). d) Minimum liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 150.00 Lakh. e) Key personal along with their qualification and experience. f) Major items of Construction equipment’s. g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
