| TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05years.
Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar works (Similar Works means Water supply from one or more than one water sources to a number of places/ houses/ buildings/ garden / garage / water tank etc. by the laying of UPVC/GI/MS pipes through bridge/ culvert/underground etc in a network process within a minimum area of 20 acres of land only ) within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.01,60,00,000.00 and supplying & Installation of 100 KVA sub station, control panel for 60/62 HP motor including 11KV HT line work experience from any Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
In case of the work done under any Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organization, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. |

A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 1,60,00,000/- under a single or multiple number of contract(s) over a period of 05 (five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in newspaper) shall be required.
Similar works means underground water distribution network(combining main, sub-main, minor pipes etc. including sluice valves, gate valves, non-return valves, pressure gauge etc.)work experience from any Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
Similar worksshould be clearly mentioned in the completion certificate otherwise it would not be counted.
In case of the work done under any Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organization the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
