1. The Tenderer must be enlisted as a 1st class contractor with any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies.
3. The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience in civil construction works of at least (01)contract issued by Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk.4.5 Lac . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
4. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24 (Twenty Four) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years. The period may be best 5 years in the last 10 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6 (Six) Lac.
6. Minimum Tender Capacity should be 5.0 Lac.
