| TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria-- | (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 03(three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) Tenderer shall have following specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor within the last 10(ten) years:
(i) Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of at least 0.5 km 132kV or higher voltage Underground Cable
(ii) Supply, Foundation, Installation and Stringing of at least 1 set of 132kV or higher voltage Steel Pole/Tower.
Above criteria shall meet under maximum of 2(two) Contracts. In this regard, Bidder has to provide supporting document from end user i.e. end user certificate for completion of work. The Value of these 2 Contracts must be minimum Tk. 8,00,00,000.00 (Bangladeshi Taka Eight Crore). c)Cable & Cable accessories Manufacturer Qualification Criteria: i)XLPE UG Cable manufacturers must have at least last ten (10) years’ experience in manufacturing minimum 132kV XLPE UG Cable and satisfactory service for a minimum of three (3) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. ii)For the last 10 years minimum average supply record of the proposed manufacturers shall be 50 km 132 kV or above XLPE UG Cable. The bidder has to submit authorization letter from its manufacturer. iii)Cable and Cable accessories must be type tested by the internationally reputed testing laboratories/organization as per IEC standard.The bidder must furnish the type tests report from an independent laboratory for type tests conducted on cable and its accessories of same or higher voltage grade but for the same size(800sqmm).
i)Pole manufacturers must have at least last Five (5) years’ experience in manufacturing minimum132kV Steel Pole and satisfactory service for a minimum of three (3) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. ii)For the last 10 years minimum average supply record of the proposed manufacturers shall be 3,000 metric tons including 132kV or above steel Pole. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The bidder has to submit authorization letter from its manufacturer.
