Eligibility of Tenderer :	(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or SubContractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. (2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of building construction work of 5-storied building with precast pile foundation of same nature and complexity of Tk.4.00 (Four) Crore in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.. (3)The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction trunover during last 5 (Five) years of TK. 7.00 (Seven) Crore. Payment Certificate must be submitted as Turnover. (4) The minimum amount of Liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the tender shall be TK. 1.00 (One point zero) Crore. (5) The minimum tender capacity shall be TK.4.5 (Four point five) crore. (6) Tender's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.
