a) Valid Trade License, NID Card photocopy, TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate with VAT Registration and other related document ( if any) must be submitted in e-GP System. b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 75,00,000.00 ( Seventy Five Lakh). d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1,08,50,000.00 (One Crore Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand ) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.28,00,000.00 (Twenty Eight Lakh).
