Any civil maintenance work/Civil Construction Work experience (At Least 3 Lac) in the last 1 year at any Government, Semi Government, Autonomous or state owned company.

• Before submitting bid the contractor must be aware that there will not be any time extension. After issuing the Commencement Letter the contractor must submit Schedule of Works within Seven Days so that the work must be finished within 90 days. ‍
• At the 30th Day of the work a Partial Completion Certicate will be issued through Electronic Nothi(e-nothi) system. Subsequently at the 60th Day a final Completion certificate will be issued.   These will shadow the progress of the work. 
• Contractor must be aware that all correspondance will be made through  Electronic Nothi(e-nothi) system. So time is too important for executing the work. 
• The bidder are requested to aware of front loading. 
• Each of the Schedule item (Bill of Quantity) should be completed for  payment unless otherwise changing the design by the PGCB Competent Authority. 
• The will not be any Progress Payment/Partial Payment/Running Bill/Advance Payment.
• A schedule of the supply item (Such as brand of the Re-bar, Cement, Painting Light, Fan etc) must be submitted along with tender documents. Failure to submit this document is considered as technically non responsive for the TENDER.
