Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of construction experience to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.550 lakh (taka five hundred fifty lakh) 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1150.00 lakh (taka eleven hundred fifty lakh) over the last 5 [Five] years 4.The minimum Tender capacity shall be:575 lakh (five hundred seventy five lakh) 5. Valid Trade License - 6. TIN Certificate - 7. VAT Certificate – Others criteria has set out in the tender documents.
