The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30,000.00 (Thirty thousand) only over the last 5 years. (The Construction turnover will be calculated only from payment certificate not from experience certificate). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25,000.00 (Twenty five thousand) only.
