Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. A satisfactory completion of one similar works at Government or semi-government organization with the value of at least Tk 5 Lac over a period of 5 years shall be required. 2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5 Lac 3. A certificate from the tenderer that they will provide free service for maintenance for 3 years from the date of hand over. Note that Boring rate must be higher with depth increase. If any tenderer quote less rate with depth increase, then the tenderer must be considered Non-responsive without any explanation. Unrealistice Boring rate will not be aceepted and shall make tenderer Non-responsive.
