Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Minimum 10(Ten) years general experience in construction works. b) At least 1no. of similar nature specific experience in Land development/ Land filling by carried earth or sand or dredged materials completion certificate within 5(five) years shall be minumum Tk. 75.00 Lakh. c) Minimum construction turnover in the last 5(five) years is not less than Tk. 2650.00 Lakh. d) Minimum liquid assets i.e working capital or cradit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 55.00 Lakh. In this regard 'Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)' must be submitted without any alteration. e) Key personnel along with their qualification and experience. f) Major items of construction equipments. g) Tenderers having quated the tender price more than 10(ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
