Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5 [five] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 5.0 [Fife] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 5[five] years shall be required. Work completion certificate from Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organizations must be submitted. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.0 [Fife ] lac over the last 5 [five] years.Submitted [5.0 5 lac=25.0 lac]. Recent up to date Bank statement/work completion certificate/Audit reports must be submitted. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities (Unconditional) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.0 [Fife ] lac . Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance/Unconditional credit facilities. 5. N.B: Others terms & conditions specified in TDS and PCC.
