Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office. c. If the quoted rate is more or less than 5% (five percent ) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit detailed itemwise rate analysis of all items including VAT, IT & Profit. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item of the Tender shall result in the tenderer as Non-responsive, if found. d. Tenderer must have at least one single contract of similar work within last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 13.00 lakh.
