Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	Qualification Criteria (1) Tenderer should have latest renewed valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and latest Income tax assessment certificate (2) Tenderers shall have minimum 5 years of general experience to Supply of Datacenter IT equipment/ Structured LAN equipment installation, testing, commissioning of Structured LAN Infrastructure. (3) The tenderer shall have specific experience of at least 1 (One) successful completion record regarding contract in government or government-autonomous organization for supply, installation and commissioning of Datacenter/IT infrastructure/Structured LAN, having a minimum contract value of Tk. 1.3Crore taka in the last five years under a single contract. Evidence documents must be submitted. (4) Supplier must have at least five qualifiedhardware &network engineers having minimum 3 (three) years working experience in related field (CV shall be submitted). (5) Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for Items Server, Storage, UPS, Backup solution etc.from OEM. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 3,00,00,000.00/- (Taka Three Crore). This should be supported by bank certificate which is issued not before six months from the date of tender opening. (6) Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for Items Server, Storage, UPS, Backup solution etc.from OEM. Details terms and conditions are attached in the drawings
