The Tenderer must submit the following documents :
1.Tenderer should have registration on e-GP portal system.
2. Tenderer must submit minimum 4 years experience certificate of working for government or well known private organizations showing delivery, installation and commission of Hardware and Networking goods.
3.Tenderer must submit specific experience of maximum One contracts within last 4 years having minimum BDT 1,50,00,000 (One Corer Fifty Lac) for delivering Hardware and Networking goods. Completion certificate must be attached.
4. Valid and up to date Trade License.
5. Valid and up to date TIN Certificate.
6. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
7. Bank solvency certificate having liquid asset of BDT 3,00,00,000( Three Corer only)
8.Certificate of Valid Importer / Sole Distributor.
9.Catalogue/ Brochure of goods.
10. Last three years audit report.
11. tenderer must authorize minimum Five employees having BSC graduation degree/ diploma in CSE and one employee having respective Brand/Professional certificate attached herewith.
12. Tenderer must have minimum one office in Dhaka and minimum two office/ service center within Titas franchise area out of Dhaka (Document must be Provided).
13. manufacturer Authorization Letter required for each item.
