Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer should have latest renewed valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and Latest Income tax assessment certificate. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible. Manufacturer authorization Letter is required The tenderer shall have minimum two (02) specific experience as a supplier of RFID based library management system in any Government / Autonomous / Private Organization with minimum value of taka Forty five (45) Lacs each. The tenderer must provide Work Completion Certificate as experience certificate. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 54,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Four Lakh). This should be supported by bank certificate which is issued not before six months from the date of tender opening. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENT IN ONLINE MODE(e-GP) WILL MAKE THE BIDDER NON-RESPONSIVE.
