a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible. b) Liquid Asset is 14.00 Lakh. c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in PCR Lab / Microbiology Lab in anywhere from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh or Abroad successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2015-2016 to FY 2019-2020), in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 14.00 Lakh. d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 29.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY (FY 2015-2016 to FY 2019-2020), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. The minimum Tender capacity shall be:Tk. 14 lac. e) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh. f) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 10/12/2020. g) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
h) The default Contractor of HED/ HED, Khulna Division those are unable to handover or complete the Repair and Maintenance works of Revenue & Development budget under HED, Khulna Division FY 2018-19 and the construction of Community Clinic of any Phase / other construction works those are work order given in year 2018 will not allow participating in Tender process.
i)Those construction firm have accepted/Absorbed 3 (three) or above work orders or works in OTM Tender of this division Tendered are not able to participate in this tender process.
j) No Allowed more than 02 (two) works against any construction firm.
