Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The Tenderers must have minimum in 10 (Ten) years of general experience of Construction works. b) The Tenderers must have an Specific experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number RCC Framed structured building with 1(One) basement including Civil, Sanitary and Electrical works with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 (One hundred Fifty) Crore only through a single contract during last 5 (five) years under any Government/Semi- Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. c) The Tenderers must have minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working Capital/ Credit Facilities of Tk. 37.00 (Thirty Seven) crore. only to be issued in the format of Letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit (Form-PW3-7) d) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover ofTk.180.00 (One hundred Eighty) crore over the last 5 (Five) years .Payment certificate issued by the Concerned procuring entity must be submitted. Other formats are not acceptable. e) The Tenderers must have the minimum Tender Capacity is Tk.220.00 (Two hundred twenty) Crore. only. Certificates of on-going works/commitments from respective procurement entity must be submitted and fill up the attached form for calculation of Tender Capacity. f) The Tenderers must enclose Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, Trade license, Valid VAT registration Certificate, ABC and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing board. g) In case of JVCA, The minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JV shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS. h)Tenderer must have own Concrete batching plant with necessary equipment which must be installed at site during construction period as specified in the TDS. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
