(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works. (b)A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 7.00 lakh under single number of contract over a period of five years shall be required.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 (five) years of Tk.16.00 lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 8.00 lakh. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) Tender Capacity of Tk.9.00 lakh . (f) The tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license
