(a) Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.
(b) All individual/firm/who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other Government organization.
(c) All conditions apply as per Tender Document.
(d) Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR) in favour of Accounts Officer, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), BWDB, Thakurgaon.
Special Instructions:
(a) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
(b) The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
(c) Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
(d) Payment will be made after availability of fund and approval of budget.
(e) Latest Govt. circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
(f) For calculation of the Tender Capacity Planned & Actual Start/Commencement and Completion date must be shown in the Work Certificate. Otherwise it will be rewarded as 0 (zero) marks in the evaluation matrix and no claim will be entertained in this regard. JV deed must be submitted with the certificate for calculation the share of turn over.
