The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following valid additional documents:

(ii) Income Tax Clearance /Submission Certificate for the income tax Assessment Year (AY) 2019-2020; with TIN Certificate.
(iii) Copy of valid Trade Licence;
(iv) Copy of valid VAT registration certificate.
(v) Appropriate authority certificate as a manufacturer or valid evidence of manufacturer authorization to supply, installation, support and maintenance of Laptops and its accessories. Or
Valid evidence of Distributorship Agreement/Approval of Laptop of prominent international IT brands for Bangladesh Market.
(vi) Bank solvency certificate mentioning the amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) facilities on a date within selling bid document to submission date.
(vii) Experience Certificate and work order from any organization as specified in ITT clause 15.1(a), (b) and documents as specified in 15.1 (c) & 16 (a);
(viii) Original Manual/Brochures must be submitted as applicable;
(ix) Bidder must submit warranty certificate from Manufacturer.
(x) Any other document as specified in Technical Specification
(xi) Blacklisted and Bankrupted Company would not be eligible.
(xii) Tenderer should submit valid ISO, CE / FCC Class-B Certificate for IT Products.
(xiii) Tenderer should have own operated service points in all districts of respective division (List must have to submit with employee name, phone number, and Address of individual services point.) Bidders/Suppliers will be treated as non-responsive if they fail to comply this requirement.
(xiv) The bidder must have own/Legally authorized support/sales Centre at least 02(Two) Upazila in each districts of respective division for emergency contact or receiving products for service.

(xv) Bidder should have supply, installation, support & maintenance capacity of 500 selected Sheikh Russell Digital Lab of Rangpur Division.

(b) The tenderer shall have successfully completed a contract of supply of similar/related Goods of minimum BDT. 40,00,00,000.00 (Forty Crore) in a single work within last 3 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

If the tenderer apply in multiple package of same goods under this Procuring Entity (PE) than the tenderer shall have successfully completed a contract of supply of similar/related Goods of minimum BDT. 40,00,00,000.00 (Forty Crore) in a single work order and minimum 3(Three) numbers supply contract of similar/ related goods within last 3(Three) years, which have accumulated value of at least BDT. 60,00,00,000.00 (Sixty Crore), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
 

(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of the tenderer or its manufacturers are 14,000(Fourteen Thousand) laptops per year. Documentary Proof is required within Last 3 (Three) Years.
If Tenderer apply in multiple package of same goods under this Procuring Entity (PE) then the minimum supply and/or production capacity of the tenderer or its manufacturers are 34,000(Thirty Four Thousand) laptops per year. Documentary proof is required within Last 3 (Three) Years.

Note: Project Director will preserve the right to relocate surplus labs from Rangpur Division to adjacent areas (if required).
