Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualifications may participate in this tender. (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderers in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor of management contractor shall be 03 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of Tk.9,00,00,000.00 (Nine Crore only) For Road Works and at least 01 (One) contract of Tk.3,50,00,000.00 (Three Crore Fifty Lac only) For Structure Works of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully at least 70% completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal) (c) The required average annual construction turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk.17,80,00,000.00 over the last 5 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication IFT in the e-GP web portal) . (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.4,45,00,000.00 (Banking Statement/Credit facilities and Credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.) (f) Bill of work will be made as per fund available only.
