The maximum 2 (two)number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period
last 5 ( five) years.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in
the supply of goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1 (one)
numberssupply contract of similar goods of minimum BDT 11.00 Lakhs within
last 5 (five) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of
IFT in the e-GP system.
(i) Trade license Valid for up to date;
(ii) In case of Limited company, certificate of Incorporation
(iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.
(iv) VAT Registration certificate (up to date);
(v) Experience certificate mentioning the amount of supply in a single work
order of similar goods (supported by appropriate papers)
(vi) Company Profile including permanent and local address of the bid signing
authority
(vii) Printed Brochure/Catalogue is required for the item(s) mentioned in
section 7 (Technical Specification)
List of papers/ Table of contents showing the page Nos. of the paper (as
much as practicable) with a view to trace/identify the required papers.
