The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. 5.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. 6.Authorization letter 7. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
